Conference Transportation Bill Released

The Congressional conference committee reported the final transportation bill on December 1st. 

You can find NARP’s statement—along with links to the bill’s text and summary—online on NARP’s website. 

At the foot of this email, you’ll also see highlights I’ve put together of interesting/promising/problematic sections of the bill. There’s a lot of technical language, but staff will be delving into this tonight and tomorrow to provide an analysis for the NARP membership/general public.
